Perabet Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between Perabet and every individual who accesses, registers on or uses the platform in any capacity. All services provided by Perabet — sports betting including cricket, live casino, online casino games, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, promotions and related features — are subject to these Terms.

Perabet reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts or withhold funds where these Terms have been violated. Perabet also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform following a notice of change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in the event of any inconsistency with a translation.
• By using Perabet you confirm you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• All amounts on Perabet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• References to "Perabet" include the platform, its operators, staff, agents and authorised representatives.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Perabet you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Perabet takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct age verification and withhold any winnings pending investigation.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• One account per person: Each player is permitted a single Perabet account. Operating duplicate accounts — whether for yourself or on behalf of another person — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate information: All registration details provided to Perabet — name, date of birth, address, contact number and payment details — must be accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Perabet employee: Current employees, contractors or agents of Perabet, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a player account.

3. Account Responsibility

Your Perabet account is your responsibility. We take the security of our platform seriously, and we expect players to do the same on their end.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Perabet login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details.
• Do not share your account with anyone — not family members, friends or anyone else. All bets and transactions placed through your account are your responsibility regardless of who placed them.
• If you suspect your Perabet account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@perabet.cash. We will take immediate steps to secure the account.
• Perabet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your login details.
• You must notify Perabet promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including phone number, email address or payment method details.

4. Deposits & Payments

Perabet accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods available in Pakistan:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Perabet account — are not permitted and may result in account closure.
• Perabet does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Perabet's control.
• Deposits are credited to your Perabet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Perabet reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals from a specific method.

5. Withdrawals

Perabet processes withdrawal requests promptly. We maintain a no-artificial-delay policy — once a withdrawal is approved, it is sent to the payment network as quickly as operationally possible.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for all payment methods.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 30 to 60 minutes. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, Perabet will request alternative verification before approving a different withdrawal route.
• KYC requirement: Perabet may require KYC verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold determined at Perabet's discretion. Accounts that do not pass KYC will have withdrawals held until verification is completed.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the account dashboard. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional processing time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Perabet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the Promotions page. The general bonus rules below apply to all Perabet promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All Perabet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement of, for example, 10× means the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Specific wagering multiples are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states it is repeatable, each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated expiry window will be removed from your Perabet account automatically. Wagering progress is also forfeited on expiry.
• Game contributions: Not all games on Perabet contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, video poker and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate — usually 10% to 20%. Crash games contribute at the rate specified in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: Perabet monitors bonus usage. Patterns that indicate bonus abuse — such as low-edge betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent — may result in bonus removal and account review.
• Maximum bet while on bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per round across all games is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Perabet across cricket betting, live casino, online casino, crash games and virtual sports.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once Perabet's system has confirmed it and returned a bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that were not confirmed by the system — due to connectivity issues, system errors or any other reason — are not valid and will not be paid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market and event. Current limits are displayed within each game and betting market. Perabet reserves the right to change limits at any time.
• Errors and obvious mistakes: If Perabet offers incorrect odds or game settings due to a manifest error — whether caused by human input or system error — Perabet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We will not honour winnings arising from obvious pricing errors.
• Integrity: Perabet may void bets on any event where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing or irregular activity, regardless of the outcome.
• In-play betting: In-play markets can be suspended or removed at any time, including during live events. Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid. Bets placed on suspended markets are not valid and stakes will be refunded.
• Crash games: In Aviator, JetX, Spaceman and other crash titles on Perabet, the round result is determined by a provably fair algorithm before the round starts. Once a round begins, the crash point cannot be altered. Perabet is not liable for cash-out timing issues caused by the player's device, internet connection or the player's failure to use the auto cash-out feature.

8. Game Fairness & RNG

Perabet is committed to fair play across all casino and crash game products.

• All casino games on Perabet are supplied by licensed third-party developers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published RTP percentages reflect the actual certified return rate of each game and have not been modified by Perabet.
• Crash games including Aviator and JetX use provably fair algorithms. The crash point hash for each round is committed cryptographically before the round starts and can be independently verified by any player after the round ends.
• Live casino games on Perabet are hosted by licensed studios and streamed in real time. Results are determined in the physical world — by card dealing, wheel spinning or dice rolling — and cannot be manipulated by Perabet.
• Perabet's RNG systems are periodically tested and certified by independent agencies. Certification documentation is available on request through our support team.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Perabet. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Perabet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited bugs will be voided and removed from the account.
• Collusion between players — coordinating bets, sharing account credentials or any form of coordinated cheating involving multiple accounts.
• Attempting to launder money through Perabet's deposit and withdrawal system. Perabet cooperates fully with financial intelligence units and law enforcement on any suspected money laundering activity.
• Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including reclaiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a Perabet account.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false documentation during KYC verification.
• Placing bets on behalf of another player using your own account.

10. Responsible Gaming

Perabet is committed to providing a safe, sustainable gambling environment. We take problem gambling seriously and have invested in tools designed to help players stay in control.

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Perabet account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session reminders: Timed in-session notifications remind you how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Cool-off periods: You can take a break of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or 6 weeks. During this period your account cannot be accessed or reactivated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who need to stop gambling can request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Perabet will provide regular account statements on request, including full transaction histories to help you assess your gambling activity.

11. Privacy & Data

• By registering on Perabet you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Perabet uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers.
• Perabet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Perabet may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data held by Perabet by contacting support@perabet.cash.

12. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perabet's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Perabet is not liable for losses caused by system outages, maintenance windows, internet connectivity failures on the player's end or third-party payment processing delays beyond our direct control.
• Perabet is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with Pakistani tax laws as they apply to gambling winnings.
• Perabet does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
• In no event shall Perabet's liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Perabet is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Account Termination

Either party — you or Perabet — may terminate your account. The following rules apply:

• Player-initiated closure: Contact Perabet support to request voluntary account closure. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method after identity verification.
• Perabet-initiated closure: Perabet reserves the right to close any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, underage play, money laundering suspicion or any other legitimate operational reason. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, balances may be forfeited.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Perabet will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy fee. Dormant account fees, where applied, will not reduce a balance below zero.
• Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to these Terms and outstanding balances returned where no violation has occurred.

14. Changes to These Terms

Perabet may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email (to the address registered on your Perabet account) or via a prominent notice on the platform. If you disagree with updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of Perabet after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perabet holds its operating licence. Any formal legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
